User Review – Flag as inappropriate A very insightful book about the Tarot and how to use it for beginners. Excellent beginning Tarot book. Bunning is clear, but still leaves a lot of room for you to let your intuition guide you. What’s more, she also explains the ever-so-popular Celtic Cross spread, which is a favourite of mine. Binning, there’s not much to criticize here. If you don’t have a deck, read through my comments on buying your first deck and then browse through my Tarot Deck Section. The exercises are helpful as well, and encourage intuitive interpretation rather than rote memorization. What I like most about this book is that its way of reading cards isn’t as — in the most polite terms I can find bunning the moment — “new age” as I anticipated it being.
